Quick Solutions to Frequently Asked Questions

App Support

If you have an iPhone, open the App Store application. If you have an Android phone, open the Google Play Store application. Type “Second Breath” in the search bar. Click to download the Second Breath Daily Meditation app to your device. After the app is installed, you can enjoy free spiritual practices. Or follow the prompts to become a monthly or annual subscriber and unlock all premium practices and features.

All promotion codes are case sensitive. If your promo code uses capital letters, check you are using capital letters. And if the code uses lowercase letters; then use lowercase. If the issue persists, fill out the form above to contact a support specialist for assistance.

School Support

First, sign into the school portal. (Open your web browser on your phone, navigate to the Second Breath website, and sign in via the button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.) 

 

Once you have signed in, you should be automatically routed to “Your Enrollments” page. If you scroll down you will see all of your current and past course enrollments.

 

If, for whatever reason, you are not routed to “Your Enrollments,” you can navigate there by clicking the three small stacked lines in the upper left hand corner of the screen. After clicking, select “Your Enrollments” from the dropdown menu. From there, you should be able to view your current and past roster of courses.

First step, look at the top right corner of your webpage. Does it read Sign in? Or does it show your name? 

 

If Sign in: 

  • Click the sign in button.
  • Enter your username and password and click log in.  
  • You should see “Your Enrollments” in the menu bar at the top of the page. Click to view a full list of your courses.
  • Look for a tile with the name of the course you are trying to join. If you do not see the course, click “Show me more” on the right side of the screen. 
  • The course you’re looking for should appear and you can click to enter!

If Your Name:

  • You are nearly there! Click “Your Enrollments” in the menu bar at the top of the page. Click to view a full list of your courses.
  • Look for a tile with the name of the course you are trying to join. If you do not see the course, click “Show me more” on the right side of the screen. 
  • The course you’re looking for should appear and you can click to enter.

To join Zoom, the online school portal has to recognize that you have finished the lessons and topic materials. Even if you haven’t had time to complete the assignments (we all have those weeks!), click the “Mark Complete” button at the very bottom of the Prepare, Join, and Practice pages within each lesson. This will enable you to join your community circle Zoom room.
