Weekly Community Practice
FORMERLY KNOWN AS "ZOOM AT NOON"
Each week, we gather for a spiritual practice led by a Second Breath team member. Feel free to drop in when you are able and know you would be welcomed by Second Breath and any regulars. During this time together, the Second Breath team member might “try out” a new spiritual practice or share a context for the development of a particular practice. If you are new to spiritual practice or a veteran, come and see how we reframe and experiment with spiritual practice and the power spiritual practice has on the quality of our living and loving.

“Second Breath Center ‘s Zoom at Noon is the keystone of my week, the piece that holds the rest in place. It reminds me in this time of isolation that we are not separate and I am not alone.”
Nancy Spencer
“For me, the courses and the zoom calls offer guidance into the messy area called my life. My favorite practice now is to say, "thank you God for this perfect moment of prayer," whether I'm about to dip my toes into a cool pool of water or enter a dentist chair!"
Nancy Thornton
“Zoom has changed the way I look at myself. In one short 30 minute meditation I understood and gained a practice that allows me to be compassionate towards myself and all the mistakes I have made in my journey. My mantra now is "You did the best you knew how" and it has lessened my self-criticism immensely.”
