The Inward Journey
Rediscover your deep aliveness.
Have you ever thought about how your opinion of the “friendliness” of the Universe impacts your choices in life? Or what motivates you to take some actions and not others? Or how spiritual practice can enhance what Jesus called your “fullness of life”?
In this class, you will take an inward journey that might surprise and delight you as you pause and explore basic questions about how you view and live your life through the lens of the Christian wisdom tradition.

In this program, you will:
- Re-ignite your spiritual journey through 17 TED-like talks from the Reverend Greg Farrand
These videos highlight teachings from Thomas Merton, Thomas Keating, Richard Rohr, Cynthia Bourgeault, and more.
- Learn and practice a sustainable and sustaining form of spiritual mindfulness
- Authentically embrace your full self
Participate in personal reflections and community circles each week that are intentionally created to offer space for your fullest, truest self.
- Welcome a worldview that allows you to be present and hopeful for yourself, others, and world
Albert Einstein once said that the most important question facing humanity is, “Is the universe a friendly place?” Reconnect with your inner wisdom to answer this, and many other important questions throughout your journey.

In this program, you will tap into your inner wisdom and ask questions like:
- How do I cultivate a loving relationship with all that arises each day?
- How do my culture and my ego impact my choices and self-perception?
- What would my life look like if I co-created with the Divine dwelling within me?
- How do I find a sustainable spiritual practice that helps me refill after years of burnout?

In this session, you will explore how you can begin to journey from feeling trapped to feeling free.
