Manager of Operations and Customer Experience
Lisa (she/her) is responsible for caring for our customers and optimizing their entire journey with Second Breath. She enjoys the opportunity to interact with customers and help address any issues they may have, as well as providing helpful logistical support for the organization’s day-to-day operations. Lisa came to Second Breath several years ago on the recommendation of a good friend, working first part time and then moving into a full time role. During her tenure, Second Breath has seen significant growth with the help of her steady systems management.
Prior to joining the Second Breath staff, Lisa worked as the Stewardship Coordinator at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and as the Church Administrator at Guilford Park Presbyterian Church. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from Campbell University.
When not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends and stays busy as the mom to her three grown children, and as the flock grande dame to her seven chickens. She also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and enjoying trips to the North Carolina coast and mountains.
