This workshop will focus on both practical strategies and spiritual practices that help you make the changes you desire in your life. Whether you want to establish a regular spiritual practice, or you want to read more, get another job, lose weight, start yoga or simply be more patient and present as a parent, this workshop will provide you with practical information from the world of science and spirituality to bring about remarkable shifts in your life. We will work with our three centers of intelligence—body, heart and mind—and engage the energy of each to make changes in our lives. Other topics will include: why small changes make a huge difference; how to start a new habit; why the principles of gradual and repetition are important; how perfectionism and comparison are not friends with change; what we do with fears and set-backs; the joy of making the change satisfying; and how to stay motivated. With humor and support from one another, we can explore change in the context of our lives unfolding in miraculous ways.
