Enneagram Connects 10.2.21

Additional information

Saturday, October 2

10am-1pm EST

At Second Breath, we offer the wisdom of the Enneagram in the context of our journey toward spiritual wholeness as we shift from ordinary awareness to spiritual awareness in our daily life.

As we know, the quality of our relationships profoundly impacts our physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being.

In this offering, you will come to better understand how your enneagram type can deeply connect and also seriously disconnect you from others.

We will cover the following:

  • Exploring the 3 centers of intelligence (Body, Heart and Mind) and how each center impacts our connection to self and to others
  • Understanding our unique default communication pattern particularly when under stress
  • Examining how we attempt to get our needs met and how that reality can both help and hurt relationships
  • Engaging spiritual practices that honors each center of intelligence and expands our awareness of how our enneagram type impacts our interactions with family, friends, colleagues and community.

Second Breath offers a variety of tools, including our Second Breath App, that will be used to facilitate relational development and increase our understanding of how to more compassionately connect to others in our daily life.
You will benefit from this time together without knowing your enneagram type. However, the workshop will not allocate time to identifying your type. If you do not know your enneagram type, consider going to www.EnneagramInstitute.com and taking the RHETI ($12-not free version).
