Led by Dr. Ruth D. Anderson, Ph.D.
We begin our time by taking three deep, intentional breaths and then enter the silence together for 20 minutes. At the end of the 20 minutes, we share any concerns and celebrations for a few moments to carry with us during our week. You are welcome to drop in or come and join this special group for the term. No fee, but please enroll.

Creating Your Sacred Space
Led by Chris Lindley, MA
Working with classic design elements and using all of the senses, you will design your own peaceful, enchanting space to refresh, dream, laugh, grieve, restore, pray, write — whatever nourishes your inner journey of faith and outward journey in life. Participate in nature by creating a garden refuge and the wildlife it brings. From water features to herbs, statuary to symbolic plants, we will work with artistic objects to create spaces that are truly rooted in Spirit and that uniquely help you flourish. We tutor the children Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at Partnership Village, a local transitional housing community. On the last Monday of most months during the school year, we gather to pray and reflect on our work together. The Spiritual Practice of Healing Breath: Let go of trapped emotions and deep tensions held within the body
Healing Breath is a spiritual body practice designed to activate the intelligence of the body, heart and mind. This active, conscious-connected breath practice acts as a self-empowering healing modality that corrects restricted breathing patterns and helps you let go of trapped emotions, deep tensions held within the body, negative thought loops, harmful belief systems, and patterns that no longer serve you. Day in and day out, most of us brace ourselves physically and emotionally. Healing Breath releases this tension and creates greater flow and connectedness to the spiritual reality of our interconnectedness to God and all of Creation. Learn more

We will look at ways of generating ideas about your unique experiences and then sharing those ideas in a comfortable environment. Previous experience or comfort with writing is not necessary.
